Wer bin ich?

Mein Name ist Mina, ich bin 35 Jahre alt, seit fast 4 Jahren glücklich verheiratet mit einem hübschen, liebevollen – zumindestens meistens – Kerl und habe mit eben diesem 2 Kinder, einen Sohn (3,5 Jahre alt) und eine Tochter (1,5) Jahre alt. Der hübsche Kerl ist übrigens Fotograf und die meisten Bilder auf diesem Blog, auf denen ich zu sehen bin, sind von ihm! Die übrigen Fotos habe ich selbst gemacht. Durch meinen Mann habe ich das Interesse an Fotografie entwickelt und mit ihm habe ich natürlich einen tollen Lehrer. Außer meinem neuen Hobbies Fotografieren und Bloggen beschäftige ich mich mit Mode, reise gerne, gehe auf Konzerte und… ich liebe Wein!!! Beruflich bin ich in einem Medienunternehmen in der Rechtsabteilung tätig. Um genau zu sein, ich bin Rechtsanwältin.

Who am I?

My name is Mina, I’m 35 years old, since nearly 4 years happily married with a handsome and – at least most of the time – lovely guy with whom I have 2 children , a son (3,5 years old) and a daughter (1,5 years old). The handsome guy is a photographer and most of the pictures of myself in this blog were made by him! The other pictures were made by myself. Through my husband I found my interest in photography and he is a great teacher. Besides my new hobbies taking pictures and blogging, I’m interested in fashion, love to travel, go on concerts … and I love wine!!! In my job I work in a media company in the legal department. To be clear, I am a lawyer.

Warum schreibe ich einen Blog?

Es gibt mittlerweile mehrere Millionen, wahrscheinlich mehrere 100 Millionen Blogs, und sicherlich gibt es einen anderen Blog, der sich vielleicht mit dem ein oder anderen Thema, das ich hier aufrolle, ebenfalls beschäftigt, aber es ist nun mal so, dass ich von Grund auf ein – sagen wir mal – erhöhtes Mitteilungsbedürfnis habe. Und mit einem Blog habe ich die Möglichkeit all das loszuwerden, was mich den ganzen Tag so beschäftigt. Der Vorteil an einem Blog ist ja, dass sich niemand zwingend anhören oder anschauen muss, was ich so von mir gebe. Aber die Menschen, die es interessiert haben vielleicht sogar ein bisschen Spaß daran, zu lesen was ich schreibe. Außerdem kann ich hier mal richtig kreativ sein. In meinem Job kann ich das zwar insofern, dass ich für das ein oder andere Thema kreative rechtliche Lösungen finden muss, aber mit Kreativität meine ich hier Styles, Fotos, Texte, quasi alles was mit schönen Dingen zu tun hat, … nicht mit Vertragsbrüchen, umzustrukturierenden Tocchterfirmen oder ähnlich skurrilem.

Why do I write a blog?

In the meanwhile lots of million blogs or probably more than 100 million blogs exist and probably one of those blogs might concentrate on the same content than my blog. But it is like it is: I just have that need to talk! Und with this blog I have the opprotunity to share all the stuff that bothers me all day long. The benefit of a blog ist that nobody necessarily has to listen or read what I’m uttering. But the persons who are interested in what I’m telling might even have some fun by reading my blog. And also I am able to finally be really creative. In my job I can only be creative in sense of finding solutions for cases, but with creativity I mean styles, pictures, texts , anything that has to do with beautiful things… not with infringements of contract, restructions of subcompanies or any other bizarre exercise.

Wovon handelt dieser Blog?

Ich habe bei meiner bisherigen Bloggerei als Nutzerin festgestellt, dass die meisten Blogs, insbesondere zu den Themen fashion, beauty, lifestyle etc. vornehmlich von Anfang – Mitte Zwanzigjährigen erstellt werden. Und ich finde, dass es für die Generation 30 Plus irgendwie nichts gibt, was mich so wirklich anspricht, zumindest nichts deutsprachiges. Insofern hab ich mir gedacht, ich mache meinen eigenen Blog. Mit Mitte 30, verheiratet und 2 Kindern, bin ich nämlich weder scheintod, noch uncool, langweilig oder unförmig. Ganz im Gegenteil: Ich bin an Mode interessiert, ich schminke mich und das noch nicht mal schlecht, ich gehe immernoch abends aus, treffe Freunde, gehe shoppen, Kaffeetrinken und auf Mädels-Wochenenden. Und ich arbeite! Klar, manche Dinge macht man seltener als früher, aber man macht sie! Und der Grund warum man sie seltener macht, ist ein ganz wundervoller: Die eigene Familie! Was ich ganz einfach sagen will: Mit MItte 30 ist man auch noch wer! Und ich würde sogar soweit gehen, das genau zu dieser Zeit die Blüte einer Frau beginnt. Man steht auf eigenen Beinen, ist weitestgehend im Job und bei sich selbst angekommen, man hat Verantwortung für seine Familie übernommen, man weiß mit sich selbst und meistens auch mit seinem Umfeld umzugehen. Insofern kann man sagen, dass Mitte 30 das perfekte Alter ist!

Und genau darum geht es, in diesem Blog, das Leben als arbeitende Mutter, die trotzdem noch an allem interessiert ist, was in dieser Welt vor sich geht und in Sachen fashion, beauty, business, family, travel und Wein teilen möchte, was sie sieht, mag, nicht mag, selbst erfährt oder erzählt bekommt.

Ich hoffe, meine Einleitung hat Euch Lust auf mehr gemacht und ihr schaut immer mal rein, was es so neues gibt. Ich freue mich natürlich auch über Kommentare, Feedback (positiv wie negativ) und natürlich über Follower.

What is this blog about?

In my blogging-history as a user I found out that most of the blogs around fashion, beauty and lifestyle etc. are mostly created by 20 to 25-year old youngsters. I didn’t find any blog that concentrates on the same categories as named above but for the generation 30 plus, at least nothing german. And therefore I decided to write my own blog. In my mid-thirties, married and 2 children, I’m neither in a state of apparent death nor uncool, boring or unshaped. Quite the contratry: I’m interested in fashion, like to dress up – and I think not too bad -, I still go out at night, meet friends, drink wine, go shopping or for a coffee, and on girls-trips. And I work! Surely I do some things less than earlier in my life, but still I do those things! And the reason why I do those things less is a really wonderfull one: My own family! What I actually want to say is: Your still someone in your mid-thirties. Indeed I would go further and say that during that time women are in their prime of life. You’re able to stand on your own feet, you finally got to a point where you have arrived at yourself and also in your job, you have taken responsibility for your family and you know how to get along with yourself and – at least most of the time – with your environment. In that you can say that in the mid-thirties it is the perfect age! And that’s what this blog is about, the life of a working mum, who is still interested in anything that goes on in the world and who wants to share her thoughts and ideas concerning fashion, beauty, lifestyle, family, travel and wine – what she likes, what she doesn’t like, what she experiences or what people tell her.
